1. Move right foot back toward C to left sparring stance to D with a middle (neck high) X knife-hand block;
2. Right twist kick (belt high) to DA, keeping the hands as in 1;
3. Lower right foot to right walking stance to D with right middle punch, immediately and continuously …

5. Move right foot back toward C to left walking stance to D with left high forearm block to D, immediately and continuously …
6. Cross left wrist over right wrist and left forearm low block to D;
7. Slow motion right double arc hand block to AD as raise body weight, looking through the space between the hands, settle body weight at end as maintain the left walking stance to D;
8. Lift left knee to a bending stance (left foot beside right knee) to D with left forearm guarding block to D;
9. Lower left foot toward A on line AC to sitting stance with left palm scooping block to AC as body weight rises, immediately and continuously …
10. Right middle punch to AC as bring left fist to high beside left side of head (palm away) at same time, settle body weight at end in the sitting stance, immediately and continuously …

14. Lower left foot naturally as bring left hand back (palm up) to beside belt, continuously slip left foot forward to left walking stance to C with left high flat fingertip thrust to C, immediately and continuously …

19. Move the left foot backwards around counter-clockwise toward Das pivot left on the right foot to left sparring stance to D with left knife-hand guarding block to D;
20. Move the left foot slightly on line CD as lower the left hand downward and to right under the right arm and switch the hands rapidly to end in sitting stance toward A with right 9-shaped block (ending left forearm over right);
21. Pivot left on the left foot as move the right foot around counter-clockwise toward D to left walking stance to C with left low knife-hand block;
22. Right high turning roundhouse kick to C, keeping the hands toward C, lower the foot toward C and immediately …
